These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between Kemang88 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who registers an account, accesses, or uses the services available on the Kemang88 platform, including the website located at kemang88.cam and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, "the Platform").

Kemang88 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for the purpose of providing entertainment-based gambling services. The Platform is intended exclusively for players who are legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities and who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the Kemang88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall legal framework governing your use of the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on the Kemang88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Kemang88 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21, in accordance with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards applicable to casino-style gaming activities.
• You must be a natural person (i.e., not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of third parties) registering for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You must not be a resident of or currently located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the applicable laws in your jurisdiction prior to registering.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of Kemang88 or any associated affiliated entity, game studio, or payment processing partner.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or exclusion order imposed by Kemang88 or any other gambling operator.
• You must be of sound mind and acting of your own free will when registering and placing wagers on the Platform.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account on the Kemang88 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred contact number. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information and to notify Kemang88 promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password not used on any other platform;
• Never disclose your password to any third party, including Kemang88 support staff;
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify the Kemang88 support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

Kemang88 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain account security. Any activity conducted through a Player's account — whether authorised or not — shall be the responsibility of the registered account holder.

In accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gambling best practices, Kemang88 reserves the right to request identity verification ("KYC") documents from any Player at any time. KYC verification is mandatory prior to the processing of any withdrawal request above the applicable threshold.

Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), valid passport, or government-issued photo identification;
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three (3) months, clearly showing your full name and residential address;
• Proof of Payment Method: Bank statement, screenshot of e-wallet account, or card image (with the middle eight digits obscured) confirming ownership of the deposit method used.

Players who fail to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within fourteen (14) days of a request may have their account suspended and any pending withdrawals placed on hold until verification is complete. Kemang88 is not liable for any inconvenience caused by delays arising from incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC submissions.

All financial transactions on the Kemang88 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Kemang88 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard), and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for all supported payment methods;
• Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are credited instantly;
• Deposits via FPX bank transfer may take between 5 and 15 minutes to reflect in your Account Balance;
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of network confirmations being reached;
• Kemang88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used to fund your account, except where the Company expressly agrees otherwise;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50;
• Verified accounts will have withdrawals processed within ten (10) minutes as a standard target; however, processing times may vary during peak periods;
• Kemang88 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification or pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity;
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are only permitted after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.

Kemang88 may offer various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any additional specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only and may not be claimed by individuals who have self-excluded or whose accounts are under review;
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum 5× wagering requirement before withdrawal eligibility is established;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the relevant promotion's individual terms;
• Kemang88 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonuses already credited and with outstanding wagering requirements will be honoured in accordance with the terms at the time of credit;
• Players who are found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, placing low-risk coordinated bets, or systematically exploiting promotional offers — will have their bonuses forfeited and may face permanent account closure;
• Birthday bonuses are credited within 24 hours of the Player's registered birthday date. The bonus tier is determined by the Player's cumulative wagering volume in the 30 days prior to their birthday;
• Referral bonuses (MYR 38 per successful referral) are credited upon the referred Player completing their first qualifying deposit of at least RM50 and satisfying the minimum activity requirement;
• The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus (up to MYR 688) is applied automatically on each qualifying cryptocurrency deposit and credited to the Bonus Balance with applicable wagering requirements.

All bets and wagers placed on the Kemang88 Platform are governed by the game-specific rules applicable to each product category (sports betting, live casino, slots, instant games, etc.), which are published separately within the relevant sections of the Platform. In addition, the following general rules apply to all wagering activity:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Kemang88 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in the event of a technical error or manifest pricing error, as determined by the Company;
• In the event of a system error, hardware or software malfunction, or communication failure that affects game integrity, Kemang88 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the staked amounts to Players' Accounts;
• For sports betting markets, in-play odds are subject to change without notice and Kemang88 does not guarantee that a displayed price will be available at the time of bet placement;
• Mix Parlay bets involving three (3) or more selections are settled according to the standard Mix Parlay settlement rules published in the Sports Betting section of the Platform. Removal of a selection due to postponement or cancellation reduces the parlay by one leg;
• All casino games display their certified RTP (Return to Player) percentages as provided by the respective game studios. Past outcomes do not influence future results in any RNG-certified game;
• Kemang88 reserves the right to limit bet sizes or restrict game access for any Player at its sole discretion, including for Players identified as consistently demonstrating professional or advantage-play patterns.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Kemang88 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one (1) account on the Platform, whether alone or in conjunction with third parties;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or funds belonging to third parties;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological tool to gain an unfair advantage or to place bets in a manner not intended by the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or discovered error are not payable and must be reported to the support team immediately;
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent transaction disputes in relation to Platform deposits;
• Providing false or misleading information during the registration process or during KYC verification;
• Allowing or encouraging any person under the age of 21 to access your account or use the Platform;
• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, software, or intellectual property from the Platform without the prior written consent of Kemang88.

Kemang88 is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. We recognise that for a small proportion of our Players, gambling may develop from an entertainment activity into a problematic behaviour. The Company has accordingly implemented a range of player protection tools and policies designed to support responsible play.

Available responsible gambling tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced within a 24-hour period. Limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period;
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold per session, day, week, or month;
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify Players of elapsed session time;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for a voluntary self-exclusion period ranging from 30 days to permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During the exclusion period, the account will be inaccessible and no promotional communications will be sent;
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications displayed at configurable intervals during play sessions.

All content on the Kemang88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall compilation of such content — is the property of Kemang88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Kemang88 name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of the Company. Nothing contained in these Terms grants any right or licence to use any trademark, service mark, logo, or trade name of Kemang88 without the prior express written consent of the Company.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, republish, licence, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kemang88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms, regardless of whether such damages are based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

Without limiting the foregoing, Kemang88 specifically excludes liability for:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof;
• Delays or failures in the performance of the Platform resulting from circumstances outside the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, power outages, internet service provider failures, or government action;
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or data where such access results from your failure to maintain account security;
• Any content, advice, or information obtained through the Platform that you rely upon to your detriment;
• Gambling losses arising from use of the Platform, which are an inherent risk of all gambling activities and are acknowledged by the Player at the time of registration.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Kemang88's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by the Company's own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Kemang88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, the Company will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account, via an on-screen notification upon next login, or via a prominent notice published on the Platform.

The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are familiar with the current version. Kemang88 recommends checking this page at least once per month.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory frameworks and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered.

In the event of any dispute arising between a Player and Kemang88 in connection with the Platform or these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Players are encouraged to contact the Kemang88 support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of formal written notification, either party may escalate the matter in accordance with applicable dispute resolution procedures. Players in Malaysia are advised that certain consumer protection rights may apply under local law, and nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit or waive such rights where they cannot lawfully be excluded.
